At the heart of our plastic contract manufacturing department is the Manufacturing Engineering R&D Lab. Our team helps drive cost out of the assembly process. From simple Assembly Fixtures to complex Automation Equipment and Vision Inspection Systems, C&J Industries can create a fully custom process to fit your specific contract manufacturing needs.

As an added value, C&J offers at-the-press work cells. They are designed to optimize the cycle time and floor space at the plastic injection press. C&J has invested several million dollars in 3-Axis Robots, which are installed on most of our injection molding machines.  From labeling and sub-assembly to machining and final packaging, we provide a low cost plastic injection molding solution.

C&J’s plastic contract manufacturing department is staffed for 7-day, 24-hour production. We work directly with your planning departments to arrange for Kan-Ban pull systems – reducing your warehouse requirements, while increasing inventory turns. We work with many EDI and other electronic ordering system formats. Supply agreements and manufacturing contracts are in place with most of our customers to ensure mutual success.
